We can arrange your delivery in the following ways:
UK STANDARD DELIVERY – We endeavour to deliver UK orders within 3 working days. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not considered working days. The charge for this is will not be more than £3.00, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. From time to time we may offer free delivery promotions. Promotions are only available at the time of purchase. Any such promotions will be taken into account when calculating delivery charges.

COLLECT In-STORE – Orders will be available for collection 3 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the order is placed and if the item/s are in stock. We will let you know if the items are out of stock. Please aim to collect your order within 3 days of the collection date. If you are unable to collect your order within 3 days of the collection date, please contact our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1524272299

Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel an order placed at www.abrahams-store.co.uk please phone our Customer Service team on +44 (0)1524272299 and advise us of the reasons for the cancellation. Alternatively you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reasons. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will refund you but if we are unable to reverse your card transaction, you may need to provide us with your bank account name, account number and sort code or be prepared to accept a cheque. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it there and then. We therefore request that you return the item(s) in a sealed box or package to;

You must return the items to us in order to receive a refund. For us to be able to reimburse your postage fees (for the reasons set out below) you must return the goods using second class postage or equivalent and obtain a proof of posting note from your chosen delivery agent. If you are unable to include a copy of your postage receipt with your return, you must use the above email address to advise us of it quoting your order number. If you have purchased items as a guest on our website, please ensure that you provide contact details.
Please note, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return it.
We will accept returns and pay for your postal charges only for the reasons set out below. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
- if the item is faulty,
- if the item is damaged,
- if the item does not match the description of it on our website,
- if we have told you about a change to your item or our Terms and Conditions which you do not agree to,
- if there is an error in the price or description of the item on our website and you do not wish to proceed with the order, or
- if we have done something wrong.
