A choice of characters (mainly Snoopy) from Peanuts as keyrings; now you can keep your favourite close you whenever you leave home.
Everyone loves Snoopy. Here’s a range of momentos which capture the very essence of this fun loving hound and all his pals. (or servants, as he probably calls them).
Created over many years by Charles M Schulz, the Snoopy we know today was born in 1950. So he’s a pretty old dog too. That said Schulz managed to teach Snoopy a few new tricks : his obsession with downing the Red Baron to undertanding what Woodstock is saying.
Far more famous than his siblings (e.g. Spike, who lives in Needles, Arizona) Snoopy has been a favourite in our house for over 50 years. Peanuts was the first thing that got read in the Daily Mail of my youth.
Snoopy lifts off – I Laika that !
By the late 1960s Peanuts was a worldwide phenonmenon spawning films and television series. In fact you could say Snoopy and Charlie Brown, his owner/servant, were out of this world. The Lunar Module and Command Module for the Apollo 10 space mission were named after them. Had Apollo 10 and not 11, led to a moon landing, the phrase, “the Snoopy has landed” might have entered our vernacular language.
Whether you are new to these characters or as familiar as if they were neighbours, we hope you love them, just as we do.
Here we offer a range of items featuring all the lead characters from the Peanuts strip cartoon, including Charlie Brown, Lucy, Sally, Schroder, Linus, Franklin, Peppermint Patti and of course, Snoopy and Woodstock. Whose your favourite ?
